New Planning applications in Stoke Bishop – July 2012

Recent planning applications:

The Stoke Bishop Residents’ Planning Group draws the attention of local residents in the Stoke Bishop ward and adjacent parts of Westbury-on-Trym ward to the following recent planning applications lodged with Bristol City Council:

1. Application 12/03083/F

Demolition of existing buildings and the erection of 14 dwellings and associated access, car parking and landscaping, and Demolition of existing buildings. (Former Dairy Crest Depot Parrys Lane Bristol BS9 1AG)

Brief reports and discussion of this project in its pre-application stage have featured at recent Stoke Bishop Neighbourhood Forum meetings, and many residents have taken part in the developer’s pre-application consultation.

2. Application 12/02517/F

Demolition, refurbishment and extension of existing retail units together with new build commercial/office unit at 2 Trymwood Parade Bristol BS9 2DP

This application has not been discussed at previous ward Forum meetings.
