Statutory Consultation: Wellington Hill West Parallel Pedestrian/Cycle Crossing

In March 2017, the Council’s Cycling Ambition Team conducted an informal consultation for their proposals to upgrade the existing Zebra Crossing on Wellington Hill West (near The Beehive public house) to a parallel pedestrian and cyclists crossing – with a raised table, to address vehicle speeds.Wellinton Hill WestFollowing feedback from the informal consultation, a scheme to implement the proposals has now reached the formal consultation stage and full details can be accessed via the links below:

Objections to either of the proposals, together with the grounds on which they are made, must be submitted to the Council by 11 September 2017. Full details on how to object are given in the respective “Notice of Proposals” above.
