There are 5 working groups plus a sub-group which accepts bids for the Well-Being fund and makes recommendations to the NP3 councillors in order that they can make a decision about successful grant applications. And a governance working-group which meets periodically to review current NP3 process.
Each working group has a specific personnel make-up and constitution and / or terms of reference (TOR).
